At London Espresso we are used to service
Marzocco's. We have been servicing and repairing La Marzocco coffee machines
for the last eight years. They are designed to last for ever;
first, due to the first class material used, and second for the double
boiler in stainless steel that has been copied from many coffee machine
manufacturer. Our
fully factory trained engineers can take care
of
your
La Marzocco espresso
machine. We offer professional
installation, servicing, repairing, restoring and engineering for all
your La Marzocco coffee machine needs at very reasonable rates.
We recommend an annual service contract which involves every 3 months
the following checks and adjustments: steam / water leakage, electrical
safety checks, safety release valve check, boiler / pump pressure
adjustments, the group thermostat adjustment and many other routine
checks. This is to prevent any problems that may arise and for the
machine to deliver constant quality drinks. If the repair
or service
cannot be made on site
and we require to take away the coffee machine,
a replacement temporary machine
will be offered
at no extra cost.

After this treatment your La
Marzocco machine should be like new. All the components will start
working in harmony, consequently you will be able to serve the best
coffee possible.
It is part of the deal that after
servicing your coffee machine we will be checking the quality of your
drink, and we will check and adjust your coffee grinder to get the
perfect espresso coffee.
While on site, we will program
the machine to dispense the right quantity of drink.
After checking that the machine
is working correctly the engineer will also give you the six month
warranty certificate, which will cover all the repairs of your La
Marzocco for the first six months after the full service.
