The Crima project was born only 12 years ago, but the people behind the project have been working in the coffee industry for over 30 years. The idea was to build a machine that would easy to dismantle for periodic and main maintenance with easy access that made it possible to be done directly on site. The initial challenge was not easy as the component manufacturers had to adapt the parts to the new requirements that this type of coffee machine needed, and being a small company no manufacturer wanted to risk investing in new components that might not have been required by any of the other major coffee machine manufacturers. After the initial difficulty, the success of the first machine produced let the company grow and today the company builds 2000 machines every year.
Crima CM 2 group

The Crima CM espresso machine is easy to operate thanks to the large waterproof button. This machine is very flexible as having a variable try setting can accommodate cups height between mm75 on low setting to mm125 when in high setting. The Crima XL is built to deliver espressos, lattes, cappuccinos and Americanos. Operated by touch pad controls this version also has two separate programmable hot water dosing. Manufactured with a robust steel chassis that is black powder painted, it is assembled with screws and nuts for easy dismantling if required. Internal components are designed for easy maintenance so all of the components are clearly screwed in for easy access. The groups get heated in a thermosiphonic way directly from the main boiler. The group is the Crima CR75, designed for great temperature stability and to be easily fitted on the right or left hand side of the machine. As extra innovative feature of Crima coffee machine is the completely independent electrical wiring, for emergency brewing in case of electronic failure, making it the most reliable, coffee machine in the market
