SHORT TERM RENTAL
London Espresso offers the opportunity for the next function you are organizing, the ability to have delicious espresso, cappuccino, cafè latte, and macchiato’s. We have build specific commercial 2 groups machine with double volumetric pump, that can run off a 13amp plug socket and draw water out of an external water container where mains water supply is not available. Package includes espresso grinder, Knock out draw, Milk Jug, Chocolate Shaker, if you require coffee, chocolate, brown and white sugar, stirrers, take away cups, napkins or anything else, let us know. We have packages including coffee beans, cups, stirrers, for 200, 300, or 500 drinks, please ask if you need more information
The cost is £ 240.00 + VAT as a fixed basic charge which includes delivery, setting the machine, and collection, then after the charge is £40.00 + VAT per day. Our typical rental machines are 2 groups Brugnetti ,2 groups Crima and 2 groups Marzocco.
Standard delivery hours are from 10 am to 4 pm. Delivery and collection outside this range of time will cost £ 90.00 + VAT extra
London Espresso can provide fully trained baristas to serve at your events. All our barista staff are professional, friendly, and most importantly they know how to create the perfect coffee. You can hire one of our brilliant baristas for £160 + VAT per day to ensure your event runs smoothly, and your guests will only be a few steps away from a rich, well presented coffee.
LONG TERM RENTAL
At London Espresso we specialize on renting first class espresso machine all made in Italy. If you are planning to hire an espresso machine give us a call for free advise and site survey. Getting the equipment from us is easy and very competitive. Part of our job will be to visit you, measure the available space for the espresso machine and grinder, then offer advice as to the best machine to suit your needs. There is a range of Italian espresso machines with 1, 2 or 3 groups heads available, and the one best suited to you will be offered i.e. our most popular model is the 2 group head for the minimal cost of £ 290.00 + VAT per quarter. All our prices are as our policy all inclusive. (No extra charge for site survey, installation, training, water filter maintenance, etc …)
La Marzocco rental it is available please Email us for a quote. Rentals are for a minimum period of 6 months, and offered subject to status. An initial deposit of £ 350.00 will be required on installation. The rental package includes Jug, and coffee machine maintenance products. Free site survey is advisable before the installation visit attempted, for water/electricity/waste check and documents delivery.
RENTAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
Equipment always remains the property of London Espresso.
New Customers Will be asked to produce conclusive proof of identification when hiring. New customers will be required to pay by cheque with guarantee card.
4 hours repair or replacement in the event of breakdown at London Espresso cost. (Monday-Friday 9am 6pm)
If repair is required due to customer damage or negligence, repair are at client cost.
Customer are responsible for care of equipment including loss or damage caused by fire theft or whether.
If the machine is stolen, or damaged beyond repair, the customer will be charged replacement costs at the recommended selling price
